Unlike other low-quality bleaching trays, this tray is made from a very special polymer and is molded by heating it up in warm water and then placing it in your mouth to form a precise mold of your teeth.  One size fits all shapes and sizes of teeth because the bleaching tray will stretch or shrink during the molding process to provide your teeth with an exact fit. ProLab Professional Lab-created Bleaching Trays are made using exactly the same procedure we offer our professional dental offices. They are precise, comfortable to wear and easy to create. You are provided with all materials needed to take impressions of you teeth. These impressions are then sent to our dental lab where your custom mouthpieces are created using a specialized polymer and laboratory procedures.  These mouthpieces are very thin and durable, which make them very comfortable to wear. Because they are precision molds of your teeth, you save whitening gel with each application. Turnaround time on mouthpiece creation is 7-10 business days from receipt of your impression materials. There is a $12.95 shipping charge to cover all prepaid mailing labels to our dental lab and back to you. Each kit contains:
